Who We Are
Welcome to Gohanna Staffing Solutions, LLC (GSS), where our passion for healthcare and dedication to making a difference drive everything we do. Founded in 2019 by Michelle Gohanna, a Registered Nurse and visionary leader with over a decade of nursing experience, combined with over 25 years of IT experience.
I remember being fresh out of nursing school, entering the acute care hospital floor and confronting the challenge of managing 10 patients, when 5-6 patients was the norm. It was only my second day off preceptorship and the hospital was short staffed. This was a challenging and eye-opening experience that has stayed with me throughout my nursing career. Over the years, I developed a strong desire to see a positive change in the healthcare industry, particularly in supporting nursing professionals facing heavy patient loads and demanding schedules. Fast forward 10 years, and as I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, I knew that I wanted to solve a problem that resonated deeply with me. That is when Gohanna Staffing Solutions was born.
